Bad weather predicted for East Coast

Predicting rain or even snow to pound an already soggy New York, New Jersey, and surrounding states. With temperatures already heading toward freezing, tens of thousands of people are still without power along the Atlantic coastline. This storm may force more into shelters:

Clean up continues in the wake of Superstorm Sandy, with many communities still needing assistance. Food banks report that they are moving 100,000 lbs and more daily to victims. With power still out in many areas, many homeless due to flood or fire damage, and some areas still evactuated, the humanitarian cost of this week's storm may be larger than normal.
